When will you have your dahlia sales?

We hold our dahlia presale in July each year. A second spring sale will follow after we have planted out our farm and know how many extra tubers we have available to share. 

What if I miss out on your tuber sales?

If you miss out on our tuber sales, don't worry, we also plan to offer dahlia cuttings in spring through to early summer, depending on availability. Cuttings are a great way to grow beautiful, healthy plants and may include varieties that sold out during our tuber release.

When will my dahlia tubers ship?

Dahlia tubers are shipped once they have viable eyes, usually in spring. Shipping timing may vary depending on the season and tubers waking up. You will be emailed once your tuber is ready to be shipped.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Due to quarantine restrictions, we currently cannot ship dahlia tubers to WA, TAS, or NT. Orders can be shipped to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are sent express via Australia Post with tracking provided once dispatched.

Can I combine orders?

Absolutely! Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your orders. Once orders are packed or processed, we may not be able to combine shipping.

What if a variety sells out while it's in my cart?

Unfortunately, items are not secured until checkout is completed. Popular varieties can sell out quickly during releases.

Will my tubers already have eyes?

All tubers will have visible eyes or shoots at dispatch.

Do you guarantee your tubers?

We guarantee tubers are shipped viable and true to variety to the best of our ability. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of arrival and contact us promptly with any issues. Due to factors outside our control, including weather, pests, soil conditions, and growing practices, we cannot guarantee plant performance after planting.

Are your dahlias virus tested?

We practice strict hygiene and culling practices; however, like most dahlia farms, we cannot guarantee tubers are completely virus-free.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Once parcels are handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. 

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the nature of live plant products and limited stock availability, all sales are generally final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Why are some varieties limited to one per customer?

Some varieties produce very limited stock each season. Purchase limits help more growers access rare and sought-after cultivars.

Do you sell cuttings or only tubers?

Availability varies seasonally. Rooted cuttings and fresh flowers may also become available throughout the growing season.

Do you offer mystery packs?

Occasionally we offer surprise or mystery tuber packs featuring a mix of beautiful varieties selected from our collection.

Are dahlias beginner friendly?

Absolutely! Dahlias are one of the most rewarding cut flowers to grow and are suitable for beginners with basic sun, water, and staking care.

How long do dahlias flower for?

Dahlias flower continuously from summer through autumn with regular picking or deadheading.
